Parrie the Stingray 
One of the unique tourist attractions of Struisbaai, are the community of giant sting rays that live within its sheltered waters. Visitors are thrilled to see these 2 metre long rays. Parrie has now been a regular at the sunny spot for several years now. Parrie has grown so accustomed to the locals that he can now be approached by people and be fed!

Struisbaai Harbour
The quaint little harbour originally built in 1959 and expanded in 1990, is another great draw-card for visitors as it serves leisure boats as well as local fishing boats.  Visitors can watch traditional fishermen bring in their daily catches and where fresh fish can be purchased.

St Mary, Anglican Church
The Anglican church at Struisbaai has been restored and declared a national monument.

Struisbaai Beach
The longest, uninterrupted white beach in the Southern Hemisphere? 14 kilometres of it! Struisbaai beach is a wonderful walking beach with safe swimming. The quaint, bustling fishing harbour attracts photographers and artists alike and is an impressive sight when the fishing boats come in.

Geelstert Fees
Struisbaai also hosts the annual Geelstertfees (Yellowtail festival) revolving around food stalls, artists and musical performers

John Dave Horse Rides
Morning Glory Horse Riding opened in 1999. Located in Struisbaai we offer horse riding for all ages on our beautiful beach! Sunsets! Also available for photo shoots. We also do riding lessons.

Blue Whale Art Studio

Awesome Charters
Awesome Charters is the premier saltwater fishing charter operating out of Struisbaai harbour. We use a 28ft Butt Cat and the best fishing equipment to provide you with the finest deep sea fishing experience at the southernmost tip of Africa.

Fishermen's Cottages, Hotagterklip
Declared a national monument on 10 April 1981. The date of origin of the fishing community of Hotagterklip is not known. The beaches of the Cape Coast have served as larders for man since time immemorial. The many fish traps and middens that dot the coast are testament to the riparian heritage of the area.The houses are constructed of rough stone with reed roofs.
