Stormsvlei Farm Stall & Restaurant

The farmstall has a varied selection of locally sourced produce. Our coffee is from Robertson and the flour we use to bake our bread is milled nearby. A selection of jam’s, chutney’s and preserves are all available and homemade. For the sweet tooth we have cookies, fudge and cakes and as if that isn’t enough to get you excited we have a large area dedicated to the selected wines from the Robertson wine valley.

Stormsvlei Country Flowers

These popular dried flowers (mainly hydrangeas) is preserved by Mary Spies using a special process that keeps the flowers soft to the touch. The flowers can be washed, and last for years. The Stormsvlei Farm stall is one of the very few places where these  products from Country Flowers are on sale to the public.

Stormsvlei 3D Archery was started early in 2015 to satisfy our own need for 3D archery practice. The range consists of 28 3D targets that have been placed in such a way that it blends in well within the natural environment. Our range is situated in and around a beautiful natural bluegum forest and the Sonderendriver. If you as archer are interested in a extraordinary 3D course which includes shots out of treestands, over water, as well as shots from tree-stumps, then this is the place for you! Booking in advance is essential.

Old Dutch Reformed Church

The location Stormsvlei between Riviersonderend and Swellendam used to have a public Nederduits Gereformeerde Kerk. The original church was built in 1890. It burned down in 1983 but was rebuilt in 1990. A couple of years ago the whole site has been privatised.
